How to change text size in your web browser
If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0, 5.5 or 6.0 for Windows go to the menu at the top of the browser page and select View, from the list of options, select Text Size. A side menu will open up. Select the size you wish to view the website in.

If you are using other browsers and for further information, the RNIB site might be useful.

If you have a mouse with a scroll wheel, you should be able to change the default text size by holding down the ctrl key and moving your mouse's scroll wheel up or down.

If a page seems out of date
Try refreshing the page in your browser. Sometimes a browser loads pages from its own memory instead of the current page from our server.
  • In Internet Explorer for Windows: press F5 or click refresh icon
  • Most other web browsers have refresh buttons. Please see the help file for details
